CROSS HILLS RARE EARTH PROSPECT, NEWFOUNDLAND

  • The Cross Hills Rare Earth Prospect contains: Zr (Zirconium), Y (Yttrium), and Nb (Niobium) Rare Earth Mineralization
  • A new mineralization showing grading up to 1.95% Cu (Copper) has also been discovered within a previously unmapped granite intrusive unit on the property
  • 100% ownership of 343 claims which covers an area of approx. 20,923 acres north of Fortune Bay in southern Newfoundland
  • Historic assays have returned values up to 2.2% Zr (Zirconium), 0.33% Y (Yttrium), 0.26% Nb (Niobium), 0.17% Ce (Cerium), 0.08% Th (Thorium) and 0.03% Sn (Stannum)
  • 2010 operations include mapping, sampling, prospecting and a drilling program which has just concluded with samples being sent to Activation Labs.
  • Rare Earth Elements are used in a variety of applications including in the production of engines/batteries in hybrid cars, and consumable electronics, (Blackberries, iPods, flat screen televisions), and in various green energy technologies and military applications.

STEWART GOLD, BC

  • The Eskay Creek/Stewart Region has produced 15 million ounces of gold, 270 million ounces of silver, 4 billion pounds of copper and 782 million pounds of molybdenum.
  • 100% ownership in 8 claims in three parcels covering nearly 8,428 acres in this region.

RockBridge Stewart South

    • 100% ownership in 3 claims covering approx 3,360 acres near Canasia Industries' Clone Gold property, located in the prodigious Eskay Creek/Stewart Region of BC
    • Over 35 holes have been drilled beside RockBridge's claims, by Canasia, testing a variety of targets along multiple shear zones that have been traced for over a kilometre in strike length
    • Recent nearby drilling highlights include: 12.8m of 44.75g/ton GOLD and 4.87m of 76.80g/ton GOLD

RockBridge Quinn Eskay

    • 100% ownership in 4 claims covering approx 4,349 acres near Bell Copper's Granduc Mine to the south, and the DOC deposit to the north.
    • Samples from the nearby DOC property assayed up to 44.66g/t Au and 219 g/t Ag.
    • A compilation of the historical data confirms the existence of high-grade shear hosted gold mineralization at the DOC deposit, and the potential to yield new discoveries.
    • Most recently nearby these RockBridge claims, Bell completed 5 diamond drill holes totalling 1240 meters in length. Over three distinct, parallel mineralized intervals were demonstrated by the drilling; each containing banded magnetite-chalcopyrite ± pyrite - pyrrhotite iron formation typical of the Granduc Mine mineralization to the south.

RockBridge GSM Gold

    • 100% ownership in approx 719 acres in the Stewart Gold region of British Columbia.
    • Directly borders the Clone Gold property and is directly adjacent to the current Clone Gold drill program location.
    • Recent nearby drilling highlights include: 12.8m of 44.75g/ton GOLD and 4.87m of 76.80g/ton GOLD

WHITE GOLD, YUKON

  • 100% ownership in 9 claims covering approx 4,680 acres of quartz claims in the White Gold District of central Yukon
  • The claims are in the vicinity of the recently announced discovery (May 27, 2009) by Underworld Resources (UW.V)that stated significant results returning grades of 3.94 g/t Au over 59.9 metres and 3.59 g/t Au over 98.3 metres. Underworld is planning a minimum of 30,000 meters of diamond drilling during 2010 utilizing four drill rigs
  • This prospect lies within the Tintina gold province (TGP) that encompasses roughly 150,000 sq km
