  • 2.75 sections of 50% Working Interest (W.I.) - 1,760 acres
  • 1.75 sections of 35.71% W.I. - 1,120 acres
• The company has in total, identified 15 to 20 low risk horizontal drilling locations on the properties for development over several years.

 

OTHER OIL & GAS PROPERTIES, BC AND AB

• RockBridge holds a 1% working interest in the Woodrush and Drake oil and gas properties located in the Peace River Arch area of northern BC, which properties were previously evaluated at $30 million.
• The Woodrush and Drake properties currently include 8 natural gas and oil wells with associated production facilities, and recently expanded to 6,000 gross acres.
• 11.7% working interest in 2 gas wells in the Bigoray area of Alberta, with the rework of the first well completed and further work (on hold until gas prices improve).
• RockBridge also has a 50% interest in 1 operating oil and gas well in the Bantry area about 60 miles northwest of Medicine Hat.
